Program Enrollment

Whether you are a new participant or returning, please read the directions carefully.

The enrollment process for each program varies. Please click on the link below for the program you will be participating in. Once on the program page, click on the blue enrollment band.

Please note: If you are a Mentor supporting new teachers in more than one program, you must complete enrollment for each program.

Please review the Enrollment (Application Help) video for support with completing your application and/or enrollment.  A few things to keep in mind when watching this help video:

• This is an example for how to complete the enrollment or application. It is not program-specific, so the questions on your enrollment or application form may be slightly different.
• The email address on the NCSOE enrollment and application form is not connected to your CTC (California Commission on Teacher Credentialing) email address. Contact the CTC to update your email address with CTC (linked here).
• If you are a Mentor, then you must Enroll in EACH program in which you are supporting a Permit Holder, Intern, Candidate, and/or Administrator.
