Administrator Induction Program Enrollment Open May 1!
New for 2026-27, the Administrator Induction Program has 3 Cohorts:
Sonoma County Cohort: Preliminary Administrators employed in Sonoma County must register with the SONOMA County Cohort.
Marin County Cohort: Preliminary Administrators employed in Sonoma County must register with the MARIN County Cohort.
Virtual Cohort: Preliminary Administrators employed in any other County may enroll in the VIRTUAL Cohort.
Please select the Cohort that matches your County of employment when you enroll.
Eligibility Criteria - AIP Candidates
Applicants who meet the following criteria are eligible for the Administrator Induction Program (AIP):
- Complete a full application and submit by AIP enrollment deadline using the Student Information System, Learning Stream (linked here)
- Possess a valid Preliminary Administrative Services Credential evidenced via the Commission on Teaching Credentialing database
- Employed in a full-time administrative position in a California public school, nonpublic school, or private school of equivalent status that requires an Administrative Services Credential evidenced via the CTC Employment Verification Form CL 777 linked here)
AIP CANDIDATE Enrollment - OPEN May 1
Enrollment for AIP Candidates participating in the 2026-27 program year is open!
- Complete the NCSOE online enrollment form.
- Here is a helpful video for the enrollment or application process.
- Complete the CTC Verification of Employment Form CL-777 prior to enrolling. This form will be submitted through your enrollment process*.
- Upon completing enrollment and registration, you will be automatically linked to the Year 1 Canvas Course which will provide next steps to complete your onboarding responsibilities.
*If there is any issue verifying your eligibility for the Administrator Induction Program, a member of the NCSOE team will contact you directly.
AIP COACH Enrollment Instructions - OPEN May 1

NCSOE’s two-year Administrative Induction Program (AIP) is designed to provide new administrators with the opportunity to clear their Preliminary Administrative Credential through a job-embedded induction experience.
NCSOE is committed to cultivating and supporting effective educators and lifelong learners for California's students. In order to ensure NCSOE's high-quality programming, NCSOE incorporates a continuous improvement cycle as a tool for assessment, evaluation, and implementation that supports Candidate learning and success.
AIP gives Candidates an individualized induction experience based on the context of their leadership role that includes:
- One-on-one support and guidance from an experienced Administrator
- 20 hours of professional development per year based on individual goals
- 4 seminars per year based on the CA Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (CPSEL)
- Formative Assessment-based growth
- Professional networking opportunities
