NCSOE Teacher Induction Cohorts

District Cohorts are arranged in partnership with NCTIP and a specific district to provide professional learning that is aligned with district goals. Participants from the district meet together on dates set specifically for them to participate in required program sessions such as Orientation, Mentor Academies, and/or Sharecase. Additionally, other professional learning may be designed that also aligns to district goals and may be attended by any district teacher, regardless of NCSOE program status.

Also available the opportunity to join a cohort of Education Specialists for a personalized Teacher Induction experience that builds upon the unique skills and knowledge needed to be successful in special education classrooms.
