12/4/19: Building Instructional Leadership Capacity through Feedback
In this two hour session, coaches will add to their expertise in observation analysis to support their PA. This session will specifically look at teacher effectiveness and feedback through the lens of teacher will and skill. With this focus, leaders can provide more specific recommendations through the process of micro slicing a lesson down to the one thing that could make the most impact on student learning.
