3/11/20: VIRTUAL MEETING Responding to Student Behaviors in a Restorative Way

Understanding more about Restorative Discipline

Facilitator Kaesa Enemark has been an administrator since the fall of 2000, working as a site administrator in elementary, middle, high school & alternative settings. This is the 4th year she has worked at the SRCS district office as a coordinator overseeing the School Climate Transformation Grant where schools intentionally blended Restorative Practices and PBIS. She currently supports the MTSS efforts in SRCS. This honest, risk-taker, invites administrators to join in the dialogue as we all learn more about improving systems in our schools. Kaesa's recent motto: let's not let imperfection nor fear get in the way of improving the school experience for students and staff, and let's have some fun!
