Individual Learning Plan
This course provides an overview and workshop for NCTIP Candidates and Mentors to complete the Individual Learning Plan (ILP) for Teacher Induction. It is offered asynchronously online (Tutorial) as well as synchronously (Workshop) in 3 different sections focused on specific areas of the ILP (ASSESS/PLAN, TEACH/DO, REFLECT) throughout the year that includes time for individualized questions and help.
