NCSOE Invites Proposals for Website Redesign

The North Coast School of Education (NCSOE) at the Sonoma County Office of Education (SCOE) invites proposals for providing website update and redesign services. To be considered, proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, November 15, 2021.

Proposal Instructions

Review NCSOE’s Request for Proposal (pdf) for details on the scope and vision of the project. Proposals must be submitted in the same format as the Statement of Qualifications and received no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, November 15th, 2021.

Selection Process

A selection committee will review the proposals. Respondents who appear to have the necessary qualifications and who are acknowledged as competent to provide the services requested will be placed a short list of finalists for oral interviews.

SCOE/NCSOE will make a final selection and notify finalists in writing. Selection criteria will include, but not be limited to:

  • Completeness and adherence to outline for submission.
  • Qualifications and past similar experience.
  • References.
  • Fee and rates.

Selection Timeline:

  • Proposals Due: Monday, November 15, 2021
  • Selection Made: December 2021
  • Work Begins: January 2022
  • New Website Launch Target Date: January 2023

Notice: NCSOE reserves the right to postpone selection for its own convenience, to withdraw this Request for Proposal at any time, and to reject any and all submittals without indicating any reason for such rejection. NCSOE accepts no financial responsibility for any costs incurred by a respondent in responding to this Request for Proposal. Submitted proposals become the property of NCSOE. Additional material submitted will not be returned.

NCSOE intends to enter into a contract with the selected respondent in substantially the same form as the Agreement for Consulting Services. By submitting a proposal, each respondent is acknowledging having read and understood the aforementioned agreement in its entirety and is agreeing to its terms therein.
