Cohorts

Cohorts are arranged in partnership with NCTIP and a specific district to provide professional learning that is aligned with district goals. Participants from the district meet together on dates set specifically for them to participate in required program sessions such as Orientation, Mentor Academies, and/or Sharecase. Additionally, other professional learning may be designed that also aligns to district goals and may be attended by any district teacher, regardless of NCSOE program status.

Content specific cohorts are provided throughout the region to provide space for like credential content areas to learn from each other and build a supportive community.
