Orientation provides an overview of the NCSOE Mentoring-Based System's philosophy, theory and research and its application to the different credential support and preparation programs that NCSOE offers.

The North Coast Teacher Induction Program partners with many districts in our region to offer a District Cohort Induction experience. Check the County In-person Cohort section to see if your district is offering a Teacher Induction Cohort. If your district or county is not listed, and you would like more information, contact your NCSOE Program Coordinator.
